Albanian Premier Edi Rama announced today his government will consider helping out Kosovo with the power crisis. Rama posted on his Facebook page he has required from the Albanian Ministry of Energy to evaluate and possibility of help to the government of Kosovo.

“Following with concern the serious energy crisis that has affected Kosovo, I demanded from the Ministry of Energy today to evaluate every possibility of help to the government of Kosovo so that the households in Kosovo do not lack energy during the two days of the traditional holiday of the New Year”, Rama wrote.

“It is not at all easy for Albania to protect continuously the families and small enterprise from the crazy wave of the power crisis that is threatening every country, but in dire straits or popular celebrations like the New Year, we cannot keep from sharing with Kosovo whatever we have”.
