Opposition MP Vangjel Dule called an interpellation with Albanian Premier Edi Rama on the issue of respecting the ethnic minority rights.
Rama ignored Dule’s request and delegated the interpellation to Minister of State for Relations with Parliament Elisa Spiropali.
Dule was indignant for Rama’s absence and did not accept to conduct the interpellation with Spiropali.
"I was informed in today in the morning that the Prime Minister did not deign to discuss about this topic and has delegated it. This is cynicism, he has full possibility to do, but he lacks the will to do it. I have deposited my call since November 9”, Dule said.
"Premier Rama’s position today shows the respecting of minority rights and freedom does not exist in his priorities agenda. Fortunately, it does exist for EU. This debate cannot be done fragmentally, I must regretfully reject an interpellation with Spiropali. Please Madame Speaker set a time to conduct it. This attitude is abusive”.
