Former Albanian Premier Sali Berisha sent a message to Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic from the National Assembly for the Re-Foundation of the Democratic Party. Berisha appealed to Vucic not to set foot in Tirana for the meeting on the framework of the Open Balkans project. Berisha insists the Open Balkans project is a Greater-Serbia initiative.

“We’ll re-found the Democratic Party as a party that will transform Albania into a country of hope, a blessed country where Albanians will establish their future and will give an end to Edi Rama’s ethnic cleansing. The Democratic Party will end the Belgrade’s hegemony over Albania and the Balkans”.

“I am warning the new Slobodan: Don’t even think to set foot in Tirana for the Open Balkans. Our streets and squares will be full of people against you”, Berisha addressed to Serbian President Vucic.
