“What if the coronavirus attacked seven years ago, when the hospitals were bad like this?”, asked Premier Edi Rama today, showing the images of some wrecked hospital  buildings followed by their transformation today. Rama used the images as an argument that he needs a third term in office to continue with the reconstruction of the whole healthcare system.

The response from the Democratic Party did not delay, with the accusation that “Rama wants a third term to continue funneling money to his business partners”.

"With the money he spent on corrupt check-ups, payments for fictitious and unfinished tests, Edi Rama would have reconstructed all the country’s hospitals; he would have paid the millions of Lek that the citizens pay to be treated by Covid 19. But, Rama does not care for the citizens. Rama wants a third term to continue funneling the Albanians' money to his partners. Albanians can no longer accept a Prime Minister that works only for himself. On April 25, Albania wins, Rama loses", PD responded with a post in its official Facebook page.
