Albanian Premier Edi Rama criticized the summons of indictment against Kosovo President Hashim Thaçi and Speaker Kadrid Veseli from Kosovo Specialist Chambers and Specialist Prosecutor's Office, during his visit to Kosovo today. The Albania premier said it will remain a spot of shame in the history of world justice that starts with the accusations without obtaining evidence first.
"In Prishtina to hear and learn more about the special caricature sheet that will remain in the world justice history which has known the practice of public accusations without a juridical accusation act only from the epochs of the ideological regimes”, Rama tweeted.
