Former Premier Sali Berisha called for civil disobedience following Albanian Premier Edi Rama’ decision to keep the beaches closed. Berisha wrote Rama’s decision is destructive for the business and health of the citizens.

Berisha wrote other countries with a higher mortality rate from Covid-19, like Italy, Spain, United States, etc, have allowed the citizens to go to the beaches, while the Albanian “sadist” sent hundreds of “narco-bandits with (police) uniforms” to stop everyone by his narco-officials go to the 400 kilometers of Albanian beaches.

“This is a criminal attitude that punishes nearly 160 thousand Albanian families that earn their incomes from the tourism industry”, Berisha wrote.

“I appeal to the citizens, the businesspersons and all the Albanian society to challenge with civil disobedience the destructive attitude to our health, businesses and activities”.
