Albanian Premier Edi Rama gave today new details on the draft for the cultivation of the medicinal cannabis sativa in the country. Rama spoke in the joint conference with EU Ambassador Luigi Soreca in the EU Delegation headquarters.
Rama said the draft has been prepared for over a year and Albania has consulted the best international and domestic experts.
“We don’t do any work without consulting with foreign and our experts first. We are not inventing anything, we are learning from the other and adapting. The bill will be ready soon, just like the bill on the fiscal amnesty”, Rama said.
