Democratic Party chairman Lulzim Basha paid another visit to the affected by the earthquake of November 26 in Durrës. Speaking for the television Ora News, Basha commented the government‘s decision to recompense the residents with 2 million per capita.

“It could be a minimum figure, in several case more may be needed, that’s why it is necessary for the government to set a clear budget”, Basha said.

“We insist for the immediate allocation of the oligarchs’ $150 million in function of the emergency and the process of repairing or constructing the damaged buildings. Time does not wait! Now it is not the time either for words or shows or stalling, it’s time to act immediately”.
