Official documents have proved that only for the first seven months of 2018 the drugs trafficking businessman Edmond Bego, in total violation of the law on the public procurement that disqualifies persons convicted by a court of law, has benefited billions of Albanian Leks from public procurements.

The Democratic Party has published that following documents proving that Bego has received:

641 million Leks from OST (the state-owned Transmission System Operator) for network maintenance.

1 billion Leks from OST for the substation of Librazhd, in the electoral zone of the head of Socialist parliamentary group and friend Taulant Balla.

3 billion Lek from OSHEE (Electricity Power Distribution Operator) for some power cabins.
