Former Premier Sali Berisha has responded today to his successor Edi Rama’claims about the cascade on the river Devoll that Berisha inaugurated back in 2013. At that time, Rama said Berisha was deceiving the Albanian citizens.

"Rama boasts with “Berisha’s trickery today”. I inaugurated the start of work in the Cascade of Devoll in May 13, 2013. “At that time, Rama said before citizens in Gramsh that it was “Berisha’s next lie”. Today, he posts video and greet Albanians with that “lie” turned into reality”, Berisha writes, posting pictures from the inauguration day.

Berisha’s response came after Rama published a video in his Facebook page, captioned: “I wish you a great day with this fantastic view of the lake of Banjë and the new road Banjë-Gramsh”.
