Parliamentary Assembly of OSCE will join the other international observers that will monitor the general elections in Albania on Sunday.
The Assembly said 45 representatives from 18 countries will observe the elections along with 300 other observers that have already been deployed by ODIHR, AP reports from Tirana.
Holding a free and fair vote and the launch of justice reforms may persuade the European Union that Albania, a NATO member since 2009, is ready to start full membership negotiations.
