Berisha calls for the creation of a support fund to protect Albanian exports, says ‘toxic Euro’ is destroying AlbaniaDemocratic Party Chairman Sali Berisha called for the creation of a fund for the protection of Albanian exports as a countermeasure to the devaluation of Euro in the financial market.

The former Prime Minister said the country is dealing with “toxic Euro for the Albanian economy which is controlled totally by criminal clans and the phenomenon is destroying Albania”.

“We cannot afford to do nothing, we’ll do what we can, we will insist for the creation of a support fund for the protection of exports, which is a big necessity in these days. However, we need to cut the roots to this phenomenon that is destroying Albania”, said Berisha.
