Democratic Party Chairman Sali Berisha has made a strong denouncement concerning the police controls in Tirana’s international airport Mother Teresa.

Berisha wrote that Interior Minister Bledi Çuçi had ordered the removal of police controls allowing all travelers to pass freely, only with the plane ticket. The former Albanian Premier wrote after receiving a tip from one of the witnesses in the airpot.

“Something strange is happening in Rinas (airport). They said the system is down and opened the gates t allow the passage of anyone with a ticket, without controls. They said it was ordered by Minister Çuçi”, Berisha wrote, adding that this is “the Torn Balkans”.
