Democrat MP and former Foreign Minister Tritan Shehu deposited to the Parliament of Albania a request on the occasion of the anniversary of the massacre of Meja in Kosovo, where 377 Kosovo men and children were murdered by the Serbian militia.

Shehu wrote on his Facebook page he has requested from the Parliament Speaker a minute of silence before tomorrow’s session in memory of victims and also to condemn the Serbian genocide on Kosovo Albanian population.

“Without condemning the Serbian genocide and crimes in Kosovo and the region, without an apology for them, a European future cannot be secured”, Shehu wrote.
