The House of Freedom coalition has called on the citizens to vote in the mayoral by-election in Shkodra and on the commissioner to obey the law.

“Every vote is a stone in the foundations of our common dream for restoring hope and bring change to Shkodra and Albania”, the HF coalition said in statement.

“We repeat our call not only to the citizens, but also to the administrators of the electoral process at all levels. They must guarantee the vote of Shkodra citizens according to the law”.
