Albanian President Ilir Meta sent a message to the so-called Socialist Renaissance and their domestic and international supporters they must forget about burying the political pluralism in Albania.

Meta was speaking to media reporters in a press conference where he announced he had filed a criminal report against the Parliament of Albania for sending falsified documents to the Constitutional Court to support its dismissal of the President over violations of the Constitution prior to the general elections last year.

The Constitutional Court will decide within a month from the last hearing that took place last Monday. Asked whether he will accept the Court’s ruling if it approves his dismissal, President Meta said there will be no locked and armored doors in the President’s Headquarters.

“When the Constitutional order is threatened, when artificial conflicts are created, and you know now who’s done it, the President will be one with the Constitution, with the national, public interest, and political pluralism”, Meta said.

“All those domestic and international Renaissance men, of mauve and blue colors, must forget about burying the political pluralism in Albania and about violating the people of Albania. They will only despair themselves endlessly. They will receive the deserved answer. I promise that. I tell them ‘I am Ilir Meta, you super sillies”.
