Former Albanian Premier Sali Berisha commented again about the scandal of the citizens’ private data leak, with their wages made public online. Berisha wrote the intention was to cover another serious scandal, the affair of the incinerators.

“Do not be deceived! In efforts to cover with silence the mega-affair of the incinerators, i.e. of stealing millions of Euros from Edi Rama and his ministers, he put on the market the theft from his government of the personal data, namely of the wages of some 680,000 employees”, Berisha wrote on his Facebook page.

“With this mega-scandal that can happen in the first and only narco-state in Europe, Edi Rama intends to put in oblivion the thief Prime Minister and minister that were caught stealing chests full of millions of Euros in the incinerators affair”.

“I appeal to the media, civil society, and all the citizens not to accept the leaves covering the tree trunk and focus with all their potential on the investigation and exposure of the incinerators affair, concessions, PPPs, and the arbitrages of this narco-government that, according to the State Control Audit reach the amount of €8.2 billion”.

The historic leader of the Albanian Democrats called for powerful protests “to send to the dark annals of history the kleptocratic regime of the narco-state in Albania”.
