Democratic Party Chairman Lulzim Basha released MP Flamur Noka from his duty as vice chairman of the Security Commission. Basha announced his decision, explaining that Noka transformed the meetings of the Democrat Party’s steering committee in a “laboratory of producing lies to mud the Democratic Party Chairman”.

The Democrat chairman also threatened Noka with expulsion from the Democrat parliamentary group.

Flamur Noka has been a vocal supporter of former chairman of the party Sali Berisha, who was expelled from the parliamentary group with Basha’s personal decision.

Noka and other Democrats have required Basha’s resignation and accused him of dealing with Premier Edi Rama.
