Democratic Party chairman Lulzim Basha is having a meeting with Albanian artists in the tent of protest in front of Premier Edi Rama’s office. The Democrat chairman said Rama “has tied his destiny not with the majority, but with a fistful of criminals and rogues. No Vetting process can be made with (Kavaja’s disgraced Mayor) Elvis Roshi and (PS deputy under investigation) Armando Prenga”, Basha said.

“In this moment of panic and horror from the citizens’ protest, the majority finds consolation at the gangs and gangsters. Every time Rama panics, he meets and dines with the bandits he has brought to the Parliament. Rouges and the scum of society are his force; we have the intellectuals, the youth, athletes, artists, students. This is the real battle of the overwhelming majority of both leftist and rightist, unemployed Albanians, subjects to an arrogant and soulless government, who are not asking for charity but for the possibility of a honest job, denied to them by a minority that violates the law and Constitution every day”.

“Why does Edi Rama step on the law to keep Elvis Rroshi in office illegitimately? Why is he invested in keeping someone who has been convicted for rape as the Mayor of Kavaja? He does because he has tied his destiny not with the majority, but with a fistful criminals and rogues”.
