Former Premier Sali Berisha was the first to announce the arrest of the most wanted man in Albania, Klement Balili, who turned himself in to police.

Berisha has revealed other elements from the arrest of Balili, dubbed as the Escobar of the Balkans, who is also wanted by Greece over international drugs traffic charges.

The former Prime Minister says Premier Edi Rama and several of his ministers are blackmailed by Balili, because he possesses video footage of their orgies in his touristic resort Santa Quaranta in Saranda, Southern Albania. According to Berisha, Balili showed a copy of the video to the Director General of State Police Ardi Veliu.

“Balili turned himself in, but Rama and his ministers are his hostages. It’s a battle for the videos of the orgies of Rama and his ministers at Santa Quaranta. Balili does not give the original, only copies to Ardi Veliu”, Berisha wrote on his Facebook page.
