The Appeal Court released today two nurses that were arrested for corruption and fraud. Sidorela Çela and Rukie Hoxhaj are two employees of the “Shefqet Ndroqi” Covod hospital in Tirana that were arrested as collaborators of the janitor Tire Alldervishi, sharing money they received from patients.

"The Court decision came to the conclusion that they had not cooperated with Tire Alldervishi. The Court decision is right", the defense lawyer told media reporters the Court decided the security measure "Obligation to appear at court" for these two nurses.

Two other nurses, Mira Buri and Sheqerije Koçi, will stay in jail as the Court rejected their petition to change the security measure.

Çela and Hoxhaj were released despite phone records showed their collaboration with Alldervishi.
