Albanian academics continue to ignore calls to become part of the new organs of justice, such as the High Council of the Judiciary or of the Prosecution. The number of candidatures has not reached even the minimal level required by law, forcing the parliament to ask the public and private universities to make new calls for the groups of interest.

Establishing the new organs of justice is facing difficulties, especially concerning law men that come from the academic world, as they continue to have a low interest for it.

The parliament has sent a request to the Scholl of Magistrates too, to let it know that the proposed candidate for the High Council of Prosecution, Ms. Alma Faskaj Vokopola, has been selected as a part of the vetting organs, as a commissioner of the Independent Commission of the Qualification.
