The parliamentary investigative committee for the privatization of the Power Distributor Operator (OSHEE), chaired by Socialist MP Taulant Balla, closed its work last week.

Even though several days have passed, Balla revealed to the media close to Premier Rama the supposed conclusions that he will recommend to the Prosecution Office to start a penal investigation against Shkëlzen Berisha for refusal to testify.

However, the truth is the Socialist MP has announced no conclusion of the job done from the committee he chaired. The opposition members confirm this, telling Syri.net that Balla has not put the documents and evidence at their disposal.

The Democrat parliamentary group, via Deputy Dhurata Çupi, has made an official request to Parliament Spekaer Ilir Meta, demanding to have the conclusions of the committee at their disposal.
