MEP and Rapporteur for Albania Knut Fleckentein has met with Democratic Party chairman Lulzim Basha for a second time within a few days. The meeting is under way in the PD headquarters.

Two days ago, Fleckenstein and Basha talked for 45 minutes in a tête-à-tête meeting. After that, Basha told media it was a fruitful meeting considering opposition’s concern about elections’ manipulation.
