The chairman of Libra, Ben Blushi, accused the foreign ambassadors in Albania of having been against the electronic voting in the last elections, saying it’s ironic that today they speak about the application of new technologies in the elections.

“It’s ironic to see how all those who obstructed the electronic voting and counting in the last elections, in June, today have organized a conference on the new voting technologies”, Blushi writes.

“I cannot forget the overlong talks with all the ambassadors that are speaking in the conference today. Without exception, they all were against the application of technology in the election as much as I felt the urge to ask one of them: Who is organizing this election, you or we? By the way, I’d like to ask the same question today, but, knowing the answer, I refused the invitation in a conference where the violators speak more than the victims do”.

Blushi adds his party, Libra, resulted the most stolen party in the elections of June 25, saying it would have at least on mandate should the votes have been counted electronically.
