Freedom Party MP Monika Kryemadhi reacted after the reports that the Albanian Special Structure against Corruption (SPAK) has sent to the court the investigative file on the waste incinerator of Fier. What catches the eyes is that once again none of the big fish will appear before the court.

“We got acquainted today with the SPAK decision to send the Fier incinerator affair to the court. We also got acquainted with the defendants and the actual charges against them”, wrote Kryemadhi.

“It’s a big surprise to charge the proposers of a Decision of the Council of Ministers with unlawful expropriation but not charge the approvers of the said Decision of the Council of Ministers”.

“Where are (Fier Mayor) Subashi, (Secretary General of the Council of Ministers) Agaçi, and (Prime Minister) Rama? Is it SPAK or PAK?”, asked Kryemadhi making a play with words, as “pak” is the Albanian for a little.
