Albanian State Election Commissioner Ilirian Celibashi said today there will be no modifications of the Electoral Code for the local elections scheduled for May 14, 2023.

Speaking to media reporters, Celibashi also said there is no pushing for the implementation of the electronic voting.

“It seems there is no pushing for the electronic voting. There will be no last minute changes of the Electoral Code. The regulatory code that is in effect will be applied for the local elections”, said Celibashi.
