Albanian Premier Edi Rama has expressed his low expectations from the EU Summit that will take place on June 23 and 24 in Brussels, and attacked Bulgaria for taking the EU “hostage”. Albania and North Macedonia hope for the opening of accession talks with EU, but Rama says it will not happen.

“We discussed today at length with Serbia's and North Macedonia's leaders about the upcoming EU Summit. It seems that another "No,sorry!" is gonna be what we will hear at the end! The whole Union kidnapped by Bulgaria it is not a good spectacle to watch! What to do there?!”, Rama tweeted.
