The historic leader of the Albanian Democrats and former Premier Sali Berisha continued with the explosion of the violation from the Albanian government of the Western sanctions imposed on Russia after the invasion of Ukraine. Berisha wrote about a Russian ship that is offloading its cargo in the harbor of Durrës. In today’s post, Berisha précised that the ship is not transporting wheat as it was reported earlier, but pipes, and it was not allowed in the ports of France.

“Here is who’s helping Putin”, Berisha wrote on his Facebook page.

“The Russian ship, despite my previous denounce, is being processed in the port of Durrës. It does not containg wheat, but pipes and other things. It was not allowed to anchor in the ports of France”, wrote Berisha, who also posted tips received from witnesses in the harbor.

“There is no bigger shame for the Prime Minister (Edi Rama) that shamed the protesters for protesting in a time of war in Ukraine. He shames the people that protest against high prices and by the other hands collaborates with the Russians. A Russian ship that was banned from entering in every European port had anchored for 10 days in the international waters and now they accepted it to enter the Albanian ports. France refused it (https://www.maritime-executive.com/.../french-navy... ), we accepted it and one of the companies listed for the embargo. SPAK (the Albanian Special Prosecution) must investigate how the ship was allowed to enter in a time when the Customs House has diffused the EU’s Official Gazette for the embargo and the banned subjects. The ship does not contain wheat, it has pipes and machinery, I’m not quite sure”, said the information sent to Berisha, accompanied by photos of the ship, EU Official Gazette and data about the owners.
