The historic leader of the Albanian Democrats and House of Freedom candidate for the mayoral election in Shkodra Bardh Spahija spoke to media reporters in a press conference.

“This is an electoral campaign, but in its core this is a democratic pacific revolution”, Berisha said. “Our main goal is restoring the real opposition in the country, restoring the real politic pluralism, and of course returning the Democratic Party and the opposition in power”.

“We applied the primaries because we believe it is fundamental for our democratic pacific revolution to restore freedom and its values in the Albanian society. Freedom cannot exist without the free vote and we started by restoring the free vote in our party”.
