Historic leader of the Albanian Democrats Sali Berisha said the dismissed chairman Lulzim Basha called an anti-Assembly on December 18, one week after the majority of the Democrat National Assembly delegates assembled and decided to dismiss Basha for serious violations of the party Statute.

Basha said 5004 delegates participated in the Assembly called by him on December 18, but Berisha specified today the hall of the Palace of the Congresses in Tirana, where the meeting took place, has only 1958 seats.

“5004 delegates were a sick hallucinating imagination in a hall where are 1958 seats in total and 200 other persons at the maximum in the corridors”, Berisha said.
