Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani said in her address to the parliament today she will not allow the dialogue for the normalization of the relations with Serbia transform into dialogue for the status, territory, functionality, and the constitutional order of Kosovo. She accused Serbia of having the intention to destabilize the region.

President Osmani added the dialogue can be finalized only with mutual recognition of the countries.

According to her, Kosovo will continue to play its constructive role in the process despite Serbia not having the same approach.
