Yesterday, the rule of law tried to tell Albanians there is no proof for the former minister accused of being a trafficker and a collaborator of the organized crime. In reality, yesterday Albanians were shown the strongest and flagrant proof of the justice system being seized, controlled and commanded by mafia and the organized crime.

Albanians were fed for two years with the illusion of a recreation of the judiciary system and of a remake of the rule of law.

Yesterday, Albanians and the world saw how a judiciary system full of corrupt and inept people turned into a judiciary system seized, controlled and used by mafia and the organized crime.

It’s true the narco regime did everything to block evidence and its destruction and erasure.

The open commitment of the narko-regime to prevent not simply the mobster minister’s arrest but most importantly the immediate control of his living place, where the prosecution was searching for evidence, was the start of a process of covering the crime instead of uncovering it.

Despite of the criminal involvement of the narco-regime, the basic evidence was and still is there, because not only was it made public, but it also was and still is in the investigative dossiers of the law-enforcing agencies of the partner countries.

For the narco-regime’s justice it is no proof that the minister’s car was given to the traffickers to enable their border passing freely and unchecked.

A typical mobster scheme, where the boss makes the formal sale of the car so that if it was caught abroad he would excuse himself telling Albanians he had sold the care and so only the pawns would be punished; but, by the other hand, he did not declare the sale and new ownership officially, so that the Albanian police would treat it like it still was the minister’s car.

I’d like to remind you that from the armed robbery of money in Rinas (airport) only the mechanics that adapted the robbers’ car are in prison.

For the narco-regime’s justice even the yacht skippered by the mobster minister but paid by the gang capo is no proof.

Neither the recorded conversations of the mobsters declaring gifts and money given to finance the electoral campaign and buy votes make no proof for the narco-regime’s justice.

Nor is hundreds of millions along with the yachting licenses of the skipper minister, found after the crash of a car chased by police.

No matter how much the narco-regime’s justice tries to hide evidence, anyone in Albania, America and Europe knows well the doctrine of the criminal justice, how a boss of the organized crime is considered guilty.

Pablo Escobar was not sentenced because he transported drugs in person, with a sack on his back.

Toto Riina was not sentenced because he was filmed while killing the mafia victims with a gun in his hands.

In Albania and in the world there are many bosses of organized crime that have been sentenced thanks to wiretaps and testimonies of witnesses as evidence of the committed crimes.

Today, the fight against mafia that has seized not only the government but the justice as well is an extremely huge battle which will be fought in unprecedented dimensions.

Today, mafia and the organized crime are doing everything not only to block Albanians’ European path but also to make them go further away from the Western model and alliance.

Exactly for these Albanians are called today in a battle for big sacrifices, otherwise the last one of them on earth will get extinct.
