Two Russian nationals have arrested in Albania after they attacked the guards in a military plant in Gramsh. The soldiers watched the two Russians entering the premises and tried to stop then when the Russians attacked them with pepper spray. One of the aggressors was arrested on the spot whereas the other managed to escape.

Eyewitnesses said the detained person had a Russian passport and they had been walking around the perimeter of the plant for two days and were carrying maps and cameras with them.

They passed the plant walls and took photos, which made the soldiers intervene to stop them.

The two Albanian soldiers were sent to the military hospital in Tirana to be treated for facial and body injuries, but they are out of danger.
