The Italian police have published pictures of the four Kosovo citizens who were planning terrorist attacks in Venice. They were arrested last night during an operation that took place in 12 different locations.
It is understood the Kosovo Albanians, who had residence permit in Italy were planning a terrorist attack similar to that in Westminster, London, on March 22.
Fisnik Bekaj (24), Dakë Haziraj (25), a known name to the Italian police, and Arjan Babaj (27) were arrested after a coordinated operation from the Venice Regional Directory of Anti-Mafia and Anti-Terrorism.
One of the men in custody is of minor age.
The Kosovans planned to perform their terrorist attack in one of the most famous symbols of Venice, the Rialto bridge.
