Freedom Party Chairman Ilir Meta blamed again Premier Edi Rama for the country’s depopulation, saying Rama is doing everything to make Albanians, especially the younger ones, leave.

The former President of the Republic wrote the opposition has a national mission and a major obligation to the future generations to stop the depopulation.

“The depopulation is a deep wound from which Albania suffers today as a result of a Prime Minister that is doing everything in his power to make Albanians, especially the younger ones, leave the country. We intend and are determined to end the drama of depopulation for good. This is a national mission and a major obligation that we have towards future generations”, wrote Meta.

“We want to see no longer Albanian cities empty cities and the dinghies full. We want to see Albania buzzing with vitality and prosperity, where young people build their futures in their country”.
