The Ethics Commission in the Albanian Parliament has decided to expel six Democratic Party MPs after they blocked the pulpit in the last parliamentary session.

MP Lindita Metaliaj was expelled for five days, Greta Bardeli three, whereas Edmond Spaho, Elda Hoti, Oerd Bylykbashi, and Serina Koti have been expelled for ten days.

The Socialist majority had requested a ten-day suspension for five MPs and double the disciplinary measure for Spaho.
