Prime Minister Edi Rama will be held accountable to Albanians for his attempts to install an authoritarian regime, because the time when he faced a sold-out opposition is over. This was the message of Freedom Party Chairman Ilir Meta to Premier Rama.

Speaking at the National Convention of the Freedom Party, the former President of Albania returned to the McGonigal scandal, emphasizing that Rama's corrupt act undermined relations with our strategic ally and for that Rama must face the investigative commission.

For Ilir Meta, May 14 will be the end of the lack of accountability in the local government. For Ilir Meta, Prime Minister Rama is a hostage of organized crime, but the vote of the Albanians will put an end to this regime immersed in corruption and linked to crime.
