The historic leader of the Albanian Democrats Sali Berisha accused disgraced chairman of the Democratic Party Lulzim Basha as an accomplice of Edi Rama’s regime for the installation of an “authentic narco-state”.

Berisha was speaking in an Shkodra in a meeting with the House of Freedom candidate for the mayoral by-election Bardh Spahija.

“This is an authentic narco-state, a state that is built upon stealing, drugs, and crime, and does not deserve to exist even for a single day. In such a situation an accomplice is the former leader of the opposition, the person that Albanians now call Lulzim the Locksmith”, Berisha said.

The former President and Prime Minister of Albania added his mission is restoring the real opposition in the country and eventually returning the Democratic Party in power.
