The Lushnja police have arrested an effective of a private security company, charging him with duty abuse. Another citizen, Ndriçim Beqiri, 26, has also been arrested.

He and the effective of the Pelikani security company, Veli Kumaraku, 23, are accused of stealing.

Kumaraku’s duty was to guard the machinery and materials of the TAP pipeline in the village Imsht. He and his accomplice stole 13 beam beds and nearly 700 liters of oil.
