Kosovo Premier Albin Kurti posted on Twitter about his meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, who paid a visit in Tirana.

“In the bilateral meeting with Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel, I highlighted the need for investment in our economy and in our education system to create new jobs. We agreed that the Berlin Process within the EU agenda remains the platform for regional cooperation”, Kurti tweeted.

Kurti’s statement is an indirect message to Albanian Premier Edi Rama, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and North Macedonia Premier Zoran Zaev, that support the Open Balkans initiative, which the Prime Minister of Kosovo has refused so far.
