Good morning, fellow citizens,

Ever since last night there is hope, because yesterday there was courage. You voted massively making it possible for the yesterday’s opposition to reach a convincing victory. The change happened. But, that’s not only that. The people decided Lëvizja Vetëvendosje (Self-determination Movement) will lead the change!

I am grateful to all of you who voted yesterday fulfilling your citizen duties and democratic obligations in a hard time like this in this dear country that is our Kosovo.

All of you that voted for the change and peculiarly for Vetëvendosje, I am grateful for the high awareness to save our republic from further degradation.

The citizens spoke with their votes. They intervened massively in the political scene so that the Kosovan drama of a captured state does not have a tragic end. Our people’s wisdom in the determining moments was nothing less than fantastic.

Now, we must work. Again, together with the citizens. Never behind or by the sides of the citizens. Together, always!

The hard work that lies ahead only strengthens my will. They have no account with us, with you, with me.

Because this day came!
