Dear fellow citizens,

We talked about the economy and how Albania can finally win. We talked about health and how Albania will win. Last week we talked about education, the most important issue for our families, for our children and now it is clear to everyone how Albania will win.

Albania wins when it has a government that cares about the people and not about itself. Albania wins when the government commits to the people to implement its plans. Albania wins when the government actually has a concrete plan. Albania wins when we bring 110,000 jobs! Wins when we raise the salaries of our tireless doctors and nurses! Salaries of teachers and pedagogues. Albania wins when our children receive the best possible education!

 Dear friends, today I proudly present to you our plan for tourism! We are blessed with the most beautiful place in the world. We have wonderful beaches. We have magnificent landscapes, not found anywhere else. We have so much to offer the world, but we give so little.

If we reach our true potential, we will be able to do many great things together. Tourism is one of the foundations of our economy. Like many other fields, it has been neglected. When you do not move forward, you do not stay in place, but slips back.

Just look at the Balkan countries around us. See how their tourism industry is booming. They have realized exactly what this government has never done: if you invest in the right way, if you decide to take care of the people and not yourself, you can achieve great things!

The level of employment in the tourism industry, average income from tourists and the duration of the tourist season, is the lowest incomes in the region! That must change!

As I have told you over the past few weeks, these are not empty campaign promises. They are our commitments, they are my commitment to you. If someone does not fulfill the commitments, he does not deserve to remain in office after 4 years and no longer ask for a second or third term. Albanians do not deserve this because they are not hopeless.

Dear fellow citizens, In recent months, we have worked with the best specialists in the tourism industry, both from Albania and the world, to bring Albania a concrete work plan that will change the future of Albanian tourism.

Let me now briefly introduce you to just a few of the points on how Albania will gain tourism:

-I commit that we will treat tourism as a major national project. Every project related to tourism, every investment related to it, will receive priority from our government. This is the way to put Albania first.

-I am committed to increasing the direct contribution of tourism to our economy from 8 to 10%.

-I am committed to doubling the contribution to employment from the growth of tourism in the economy 40,000 to 80,000 jobs. This will change our economy. It will give people a dignified job and hope.

-I am committed to doubling the accommodation capacities. Thus opening the doors for more tourists. As a result, we will have more new jobs.

-I commit to work to increase the duration of the tourist season, through the diversification of tourist offers.

Thus we will double the length of stay of foreign tourists in our country. We will give them more incentive reasons to visit Albania. As a result of these measures, the new government is committed to increasing the number of foreign tourists by 15% per year!

Tourism is one of the foundations of our entire national economy. We can get so much more out of it. We can and with your help, we will get it! Albania will win! We can be better and get better! On April 25, we will remove the worst government in the history of Albania and together we will change the future of the country.
