Olsi Rama's partner and Xhaçka's former adviser, Amant Josifi, is arrested in Dubai.

We recall that on November 8 and 9, 2022, in cooperation with Eurojust and Europol, the Special Structure Against Organized Crime and Corruption raided 6 call centers in Albania linked to the "Milton Group" and arrested 4 suspects.

Meanwhile, the investigations showed that these centers are owned by three companies linked to the businessman Amant Josifi, a former political advisor of the former Foreign Minister, Olta Xhaçka during the time she was the head of the Ministry of Defense.

But even though there was an arrest warrant from the Spanish authorities, Amant Josifi managed to leave the country.

Josifi was a business partner of Olsi Rama, the brother of the Albanian Prime Minister.

The leader of the opposition, Sali Berisha, denounced that Josif was allowed to escape to Dubai because of his connections with Olsi and Edi Rama.

Josif's name came to light after an article published in the Spanish media "El Pais", which considered Josif the 'head' of frauds in the stock market as well as the guarantee of immunity for the Milton Group. Until 2017, Amant Josifi is a shareholder in the company "Pegasus Communication" together with the younger brother of Prime Minister Edi Rama, Olsi Rama.

The large international operation named "FRIDA-REFOX" took place on November 8 and 9, 2022 in our country and revealed that 200,000 victims were  influenced  by the fraud scheme in Europe, most of them in Germany, Italy and Spain.
