The leader of the North Macedonian opposition, Hristijan Mickoski, said a mini-Schengen pact among North Macedonia, Serbia and Albania is meaningless considering the fact Serbia and Albania do not share a border.
“If they aim to solve the political problem of Kosovo through the mini-Schengen, then it’s OK. Everything else would be an insult. However, actually I don’t see how Serbia and Albania share a border between them to have quick circulations of goods, services, etc. This is really unclear to me. Only if they were sharing a border, but there’s a new reality there, called Kosovo, which is not a part of this mini-Schengen”, the leader of OBRM-PDUKM told TV Klan Macedonia.
