The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, speaking from the rostrum of Parliament, called for the ratification agreement for the Board of Peace to be voted on without the presence of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
Berisha based his argument on the claim that Rama is the official who tarnishes Albania’s image, not only domestically but also internationally.
According to Berisha, U.S. President Donald Trump does not want to hear Rama’s name, referring to him with the nickname “Ramaduro.”
“Do you understand that at an international summit he allowed himself to mock someone solely to curry favor with Macron? Do you understand that you can never mock any head of state from free countries at an international summit? Yet this jester walked out and even repeated it to the media,” Berisha said, among other remarks, during his address in Thursday’s session.
“So why do you do it this way?
Come on, let us vote properly, but without the name that tarnishes it.
Did you understand that the president himself said that on that list there are two or three names whose names he never wants to hear?
Yes, he said it, go and check.
Who was he referring to?
Of course, he does not want to hear Lukashenko’s name, could he possibly want to hear Ramaduro’s?
Do you understand what this man has done?
Do you understand that at an international summit he allowed himself to mock someone solely to curry favor with Macron?
Do you understand that you can never mock any head of state from free countries at an international summit?
Yet this jester walked out and even repeated it to the media.
He has become an interesting figure, Belinda’s Palloshi (dumbass)…”
