Democratic Party chairman Lulzim Basha and his team introduced the economic program to inhabitants of boroughs 4 and 8 of Tirana. Basha said the New Republic will reduce taxes, open factories to create new jobs, will invest for lunch schools, 10 thousand internships for the newly graduated, direct aid to the families in need, minimal pension of 25 thousand Leks and 100 million Euros as subventions for the farmers.

“My first decision will be cutting taxes and throwing hundreds of millions of Euros for the Albanian economy. 10 thousand Albanian youths will have internships paid by the New Republic with a monthly salary of 20 thousand Leks to build the bridge from the University benches to the job market. The biggest investment will be in the public schools, from preschool to high school graduation, with infrastructure, teachers, kitchens for free lunch for every Albanian kid”, Basha said.
