Deputy Premier Ledina Mandija will lead the newly-created Task Force that will monitor the electoral campaign. Through a press release, Mandija explains the cases when employees of the public administration can participate in electoral rallies.

According to Edi Rama’s Deputy, the administration staff is free to take part in the elections out of the office hours, but should not express their political belief publicly.
