Chairman of the Movement for National Development (LZHK) Dashamir Shehi, an ally of Lulzim Basha, has shown his disappointment with Jozefina Topalli and Arben Imami, who asked for the dismissal or resignation of the Democrat Party leader.

Shehi says it is not fair for Basha to be attacked by the deputies of his own party during the electoral campaign.

“It doesn’t seem fair to me. They have been there for so long and could have taken this initiative long ago. What’s the point of starting a movement to fire the chairman in the day we start the campaign? All the political principles have fallen here. There is no logic in asking the chairman’s dismissal in the days of the campaign. It is not politically and morally correct”, Shehi writes.

“These people should wait for the elections result, because it is possible Mr. Basha is right. Asking for the chairman’s dismissal because he did not put your name in the list is not moral. No one of us was born with a deputy chair. They’ve put me 11^th in the candidates list, many kids are above me, people who are known by the whole Albania not to have my political value, but this does not mean I will ask Basha’s firing”.

“I think those gentlepersons have taken it without too much sportsmanship. Who possesses political values will stay in politics, no matter if they are or not in Lulzim Basha’s list”.
