Chairwoman of the Socialist Movement for Integration (LSI) Monika Kryemadhi announced her party is preparing a lawsuit against former Democratic Party chairman Lulzim Basha and his entourage over the benefits at the expenses of the Albanian opposition. Speaking to host Ylli Rakipi on his TV show “Të paekspozuarit” (The unexposed), Kryemadhi said Basha is benefiting from the concession in the port of Durrës and other concessions as well.

"His slogan was Albania Wins, but as a matter of fact Basha won. He won with the port of Durrës and other concessions. He’ll gain benefits with the port of Durrës, with Moveo SRL, Moveo Al, Moveo Teknologji. Apartments with sea and mountains view will be for sale. This is what the Albanian justice must deal with”, Kryemadhi said.

Asked by host Ylli Rakipi if she had proof Basha is involved in the corruption affair with Premier Edi Rama, Kryemadhi responded she “would not speak without having evidence”.

“Just let me finish the dossier, because I will not forgive him. I told Basha too. I told him prior to the elections too: ‘Sir, if you betray me, I am not like Ilir Meta that is concerned about the European integration. If you betray me, I won’t stop chasing you. If you betray me for your bargains, I will not forgive you’. I will go to the end of Basha’s and his entourage case”, Kryemadhi promised.
